the training.

This mentoring is always structured to economically
achieve the desired results, and includes the following considerations:
- knowledge and experience of the RCM Analyst
- weekly availability of the Analyst and organization
- depth of technical complexity of the RCM project
- auxiliary support of the organization
These mentoring projects are typically six weeks
to three months in duration. Specific goals and objectives are defined
up front, and are measured periodically throughout the project to evaluate
progress and enable adjustments.
